Yoga teacher farewells

Alysa is leaving! - Alysa Pomer from Yale university was out here in Samoa for a year working with the Ministry of Health in diabetes research - for the last few months she's been offering a Tuesday Yoga class, covering me - which has been amazing for me as I've got to practice in a class setting, rather than teaching all the time, being the only teacher on the island can be hard sometimes - I'm especially grateful to Alysa who helped me teach the official International Yoga Day back in July (couldnt have done it without you, Alysa!). Whenever there are teachers on island I love for them to cover my classes (so I can practice, and have a little break) - Alysa is the fourth teacher in 3 years that I've had teaching and I'm always open to offering this wonderful space to visiting teachers. For now, a big thank you to our beautiful Alysa!... Seeyou soon sister! 😍 Samoa will miss you! 🌴🌊☀️🍹💕
