ACRO YOGA

Omg, these two were the cutest. They'd tried one class of acroyoga in Japan where they both live and when they got me alone to teach asked that I instruct them through an acroyoga class, now my experience with acro is pretty limited - I've played around with friends and taken a few classes but never really instructed anyone but the people I've practiced with. The key is communication, feeling whats right for each other, these two were pretty amazing in their communication and I wish I got more photos/footage because where they got to from a flying locust was pretty cool and the vibes from our 90 minute session was very exciting, I love these daily sessions at Taumeasina Island Resort, I never know who is going to turn up and what shape the class will take! - Resort and yoga hiking tour teaching is infinitely more fun because I can't pre-plan a class as the groups are so varied. Keep the surprises coming, I say... so much growth on my little island!
